Oasis Plus Care Services Ltd was established for the sole objective to offer   home, health and social care services in South London, England. Whilst many service providers may be available, there still remains a void in providing practical solutions that are both effective and efficient.  This is where we differ from the rest as our domiciliary care team specialises in providing dependable, trustworthy, high quality home care for private individuals, local councils, CCG, NHS and other healthcare organisations.  Whatever the frequency and level of support required, Oasis Plus Care Services Ltd will deliver.

 

Our vision is to be leaders in serving and protecting those members of the community that require health and social care within and without their homes. We are cognisant of the fact that individuals are different hence our focus on provision of bespoke care plans designed to add value to life. Client- carer matching with eye for detail, is our strength, against a back-drop of properly trained and DBS checked carers. Co-operating and net-working with various related professional bodies gives our clients added security whilst our strict confidentiality protocols provide peace of mind. We aim to raise the standard of homecare, add value to the lives of those in their advanced years and provide a care service that protects a person’s right to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect.

Oasis Plus Care Services Ltd has a robust recruitment and selection programme designed to identify and engage only those persons with the relevant skills, educational background, temperament that the sector demands and share the same values as us. Adequate induction and progressive mandatory training programmes are part of the company’s staff development culture up to NVQ Level 3.

OUR ACTIVITIES

Oasis Plus Care Services Ltd are audited and evaluated against the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In addition, Oasis Plus Care Services Ltd are subject to monitoring by local council authorities we are contracted to. We add our own layer of quality assurance by way of frequent service user satisfaction suggestions and reviews. Oasis Plus Care Services Ltd subscribe to the Duty of Condour policy which ensures transparency on our part.
